Macrolepiota procera or Shaggy Parasol Mushroom - foraged in Suffolk in the autumn and now preserved in bronze. This is one of the largest mushroom casts made to date, it is heavy! It is finished in colour and will lay on the side, the crumpled gills captured in bronze to allow this natural pose, or stand upside down on its head.
Measuring approx. 20x15x12cm. A unique solid bronze cast, coloured patina, finished 2023.
