Pomarius website is provided for your personal, non commercial use. You may use this website on a temporary basis and not for any commercial purpose whatsoever.
This website may contain links to other websites and products which are not operated by Pomarius. Pomarius holds no responsibility for them or any loss or damage they may cause whilst using them.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

Force Majeure
Events outside Pomarius's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Pomarius is released from Pomarius’s obligations to fulfil contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
Payment
All products remain Pomarius's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognised before confirming the purchase.
All transfers conducted through this website are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Given the unpredictability of technology and the online environment, Pomarius cannot promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. This includes bugs, viruses , software compatibility or material. Accessing the website is entirely at your own risk.
The content of our website is presented "as is" and we do not guarantee its accuracy. We reserve the right to amend errors, make unscheduled changes to our website, remove products or update product information at any time.

Commissions and Works Made to Order
Pomarius produces regular collections throughout the year. Works made to order can take up to 28 days before shipping to your address. In the event that a commissioned work will be longer, the studio will communicate this. Please take this into consideration. This is to insure the quality and manufacture of your personal order is to the best standard possible.
Any issues with an order will be communicated to you as soon as possible. This does not change any of your rites to return the item if you so wish.
Local Taxes
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
Additional Information
Pomarius reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Pomarius has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Pomarius shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

Return Policy
You have 14 days from the receipt of the goods to change your mind and request an Exchange or Refund. You do not need to provide us with a reason, this your decision. Any Faulty items are also subject to an exchange or full refund.
All monies received will be returned to you, including the outbound delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving goods back. If the you have provided us with proof of return before we receive the goods back, we will refund within 14 days of receiving that proof. This would be a copy of the postal receipt with tracking number.
If you decide to have the goods returned by more expensive means than the cheapest standard delivery option offered, we will only return the cost of the standard delivery option which you could have chosen from the checkout.
We can only process refunds through the same means you paid for it with. i.e Credit card etc.
We have the right to deduct monies from refunds where goods show signs of unreasonable use leading to diminished value. We will not deduct for removal of packaging to inspect the item, but we will deduct for damage or wear and tear where the item has not just been checked but used.
We will honour returns due to faulty or damaged goods. Please contact us if you have any issues with a product and we can arrange a refund accordingly.
We also exchange items for different sizes or prints if required and standard delivery charges apply.

We aim to ship all orders with in a couple of days from the date of purchase. But our order completion guide would be 1 - 5 days.
If you have any urgent requests please add a note to your order, which can be done in the checkout section. Or you can email us to ask for advice.
As a guide we recommend The following delivery times, but cannot guarantee the delivery duration.
UK 1 - 5 days from shipping
USA 7 - 14 days from shipping
Europe - 5 - 10 days from shipping
Rest of the world - 7 - 14 days from shipping

All shipping options come with a degree of delivery protection based on the size and value of your order. Any items that have been shipped and may have been lost or undelivered by the postal serviced used in your country, region or city are unfortunately not the liability of Pomarius. Due to confidentiality reasons, the recipient of the delivery, if lost or undelivered must attempt to make the claim with their local delivery company. Proof that the claim has been made, or proof of the return of the item can be sent to us to review the terms of your order and in doing so any relevant refunds can be made**
